The bottom is made of rubber, while the top consists of different materials. The thickness and grip may not match up to heavy-duty yoga mats, but the design is truly fantastic. It would be great if they could create a thicker mat with even better grip while maintaining this cool design. I've been on the hunt for a well-designed yoga mat for quite some time, and I must say I'm excited to have found this one. Overall, I'm thrilled with my purchase.
